Reviews
I love how it connects my supplements and food to micronutrients in one dashboard and I can see exactly what I am missing. EXO is fun to talk to as well :D
I’ve tried countless other health apps, but nothing so far has compared to exo. It’s like all in one app for all your health needs.
So far using this has been very easy. It tracks micro nutrients, the built-in AI works great, even understands labels from other languages than english.
I had ways to track calories but this all in one solution that lets me track both my cals and my supplements while also suggesting great diet plans is what I needed.
I have been using Exo health for a while now and I must say it does a great job at tracking my meals.

No. EXO is iPhone only for now. There is no Android, iPad, Apple Watch or web version yet.
Yes. Log a supplement or scan its label, and EXO adds its vitamins and minerals to what you ate, so you see one total for each nutrient.
Close, not exact. A preliminary NIH study presented in 2026 found photo logging in four popular apps came in about 250 to 345 calories low on weighed meals, mostly from missed fat. Check portions and add oils and sauces. In EXO you can change any portion or tell it what was different.
No. EXO helps you understand your own data, but it does not diagnose or treat anything. Talk to a doctor about medical decisions.
